To be truthful, I also feel depress all the time. I see other ppl getting their sucess, going overseas, having a happy life. I feel depress of my own unhappy life; but, then, i see ppl who are less fortunate, i feel sorry for them. I am contented with what I have. But, depression just would not go away. Just try to be happy^^. Find something to do~~~maybe, juz try swim instead

Ah crap, I don't really wanna share this in public but I can't think of a way to say it privately.

I have the same problem. But not everybody knows, I'm this really cheerful girl on the outside. In fact, the only person who knows is my boyfriend.

It used to be so bad I used to think of suicide. And I used to poke myself with pins just to concentrate on some other things hurting than my heart.

I haven't gone down for a long time. Well, really gone down I mean. Close to two years. The only way to deal with the problem is this: move on to something better. Anything.

And keep yourself around people. Don't be alone at all. I know it's hard, nights are the hardest. But call up all your friends, make appointments to keep your whole day full of things to do (with them),go sleepover someone's house...

The pain would dull away after that. But yeah, it's only temporary.

My med is my boyfriend. You'll get your med in time. Keep a look out. Don't lose hope.
