This is not about who started it first and he/she has to bare the consequences alone, the fact is it affected not only your sis, but you yourself as well. Do not treat your sis as an revenge by rejecting anything she ask for just because you think she deserved it.

Think for yourself. Do you really wan this cold war, that is not started by you, last forever? You didn't start the cold war, why do you want to prolong it?

For my family, anger never last to next day. I hardly swear at my sis at least for few years already, but yesterday I got so angry at my sis and I shouted her as a bitch, this morning both of us is normal again.

We try to avoid spreading negative attitude in the family. Forgiveness is important. Try to take a step backwards, you will notice it isn't hard at all.
