Haiku
Wednesday, September 3, 2008
I wanted to explain what is haiku but my brain has ran out of juice at the moment so I will do it the next time. But somehow I attempted to write my version. And yes I know it doesn't follow the traditional version but oh well didn't I say it's an attempt?

Version 1

Tadaima
the living room echoes
how i wish the reply
was okaeri

Version 2

Summer morning
silent warm breeze -
ice cream at hand

I will remember to write on part 3 and the explanation. Of now, SLEEP.

I thought your first hiaku was simple and sweet. Mixing around some jap and english, good job!

RE: Yes, I am fine. Thank you. I don't go to that part of the neighborhood anymore. I'm thankful he didn't see me walk home.

I'm happy knowing that I have packages coming my way. I just dislike the fact that it's so damn inconvenient to have to pick them up from the post office when, if I were living in a single-family home, they would have just left it on my doorstep.

I don't quite understand the concept of a haiku.
