Today is wonderful; able to cook whatever I like in the afternoon but I somehow got screwed. I made french toast for tea but they don't taste like mum's. And thank god I only made 4 slices. I added a teaspoon of I think cinammon powder but there seem to be no 'fragrant' from it. Aiya ... and I forgot to include a dash of nutmeg powder. I think my version is not as good as my mum's because she added sugar and I didn't. To substitute sugar, I ate them with maple syrup but still I want them to be sweeter!!!!

I cooked pasta for dinner. And I didn't know the portion was too big given the fact that I made supper as well, which is my french toast. Haha ..

I really had a lovely day. I hope I could always have this kind of days more often.

I haven't made french toast in forever, but I've never been good at making them anyways.
